These terms apply to the use of the FREE Publishing website. By using the site you accept the terms below.

About the site

The site is run by Asociația Literati, which publishes under the name FREE Publishing (Editura FREE in Romanian, Éditions FREE in French), with its registered office at Republicii 202, 105700 Comarnic, Prahova County, Romania. The site presents the press's catalogue and makes the digital editions of its works available free of charge where they are published online.

Copyright in the works

The works in the catalogue are protected by copyright. The rights belong to their respective authors and, where applicable, to the translators, editors and co-publishers named on each work's page.

Works whose page shows a Creative Commons licence may be used under the terms of that licence. The other works made available in digital form may be downloaded, read and kept for personal, educational and research use. Reproducing, redistributing, adapting or using them commercially requires the prior written consent of the rights holders, except where the law allows it, for example quotation with acknowledgement of the source.

The site's own texts, logo and design belong to FREE Publishing and may not be reused without permission.

Using the site

Please do not try to access the restricted areas of the site, disrupt its operation, or download its content automatically in bulk.

Content of the works and of the site

The opinions expressed in the works are those of their authors. We make every effort to keep the information on the site, including bibliographic data, accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is, without warranties. If you spot an error, please let us know.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
